Why Meditate
Your mental wellbeing is like a muscle. Training this muscle will yield harvest depending on what you cultivate. Here are the four main areas you can cultivate with meditation:
Mindfulness
Meditation is the most radical thing you can do to your mind. To meditate is to use your mindās capacity to change to the fullest. Training your capacity to be mindful allows you take charge of your own agenda.
Quality of your Relationships
The most important meter for the quality of your life is the quality and depth of your relationships. This quality of resonance with yourself and others can be trained.
Insights & Wisdom
Great minds became brilliant through the act of meditation. By training the right techniques you will gain deep insights into the laboratory of your mind. Meditation is not a cure for stress relief, but a tool to living a reflected life.
Purpose
Long term meditation practice will change how you perceive the world: you will take yourself less seriously, feel more connected with the world and act accordingly.
Why do you meditate?
Wishing you a great week,
Nikolas
