What is the recipe for a mindful month? We frankly don’t know. But what we know is that our monthly workshop has helped our members to reflect on what habits they want to continue and which to drop.
We would like to give you the same tools - so you can bring more awareness and long-term intelligence in your everyday hustling. The recipe: It’s simple. Start with getting into a comfortable spot & do our recorded contemplation to get into the reflection mood. Then fill in our hand drawn poster.
