01 Inspiration
Daft Punk No More Time: when your favorite French duo is calling it quits, it may be time to revisit some of their most compelling visual storytelling.
02 Mindfulness
Bump Galaxy: We are in love with this virtual world, that designer-researcher Bianca Carague built. So much, that we invited her as a guest teacher in our Thursday class this week.
03 Science
The Neuroscience of Compassion: Mental wellbeing can be trained. Tania Singer's groundbreaking research shows us the how behind the astonishing plasticity of our minds.
04 Life Hacks
Life Hack: Exercise. Forget the face creme, the latest diet, the pricey Lululemon pants. A case for sticking with the basics.
05 Music
Medicine Music: Meditation teacher Lee sent us this playlist as a kind of acoustic medicine for the soul. He told us that he created the playlist to "take people on a journey from light to dark and back again". Enjoy the ride.
06 Quote
Quotes that inspire us and make us think.

08 Meditation of the Week
Meditation of the Week: I coined the principle underlying this week’s meditation "hafu - hafu".
When I lived in Japan I learned that many daily words were actually of english origin, but only pronounced in a japanese way (take ウルトラマン Urutoraman, which is Japanese for Ultraman)
Taking a little bow to my formative time in Japan, I want to introduce a meditation that is hafu (half) guided and hafu (half) silent.
The combination of guided meditation and longer periods of staying in silence helps you to find your own place of zen. The additional challenge of meditating in silence will help you to advance in training the mind.
